Occasionally, due to technical reasons beyond our control, you may find yourself temporarily disconnected from Littlewoods Poker. To assist with such situations, we’ve listed some of the most frequently asked questions and answers regarding Littlewoods Poker’s payout policy following interrupted tournaments.

What happens at disrupted Heads-Up tournaments?

Both players are refunded the total amount of their buy-in and fee.

What happens if there’s an interruption during a Sit ‘n’ Go tournament?

In all Sit ‘n’ Go tournaments, players who are still in the tournament at the time of the disruption will receive a refund which includes a return of their buy-in and fee, plus an equal share of the buy-ins from the players already eliminated.

What happens at disrupted Multi-Table tournaments?

The total prize money available for distribution depends upon the stage the tournament had reached when it was interrupted. If the tournament is in the re-buy stage, the balance of the prize fund will be equivalent to the total number of buy-ins and add-ons. The total prize money is known only once the re-buy stage is complete.

Prize Money Stage Not Reached:

Players who are still in the tournament at the time of the interruption will receive:

  • A refund of their buy-in and fee.

  • 50% of the balance of the prize pool, shared equally between the remaining players.

  • 50% of the balance of the prize pool distributed in accordance with each remaining player’s chip stack.

Prize Money Stage Has Been Reached:

Players who are still in the tournament at the time of the interruption will receive:

  • A refund of their buy-in and fee.

  • Winnings in the amount of what the subsequently eliminated player would have received had the tournament not been interrupted.

  • 50% of the balance of the prize pool, shared evenly among the remaining players.

  • 50% of the balance of the prize pool is distributed in accordance with each remaining player’s chip stack.

What happens at disrupted Freerolls?

The distribution of the prizes at freerolls is the same as for multi-table tournaments (above), and is determined according to whether or not the prize money stage had been reached at the time of the interruption. In all freerolls, there are no buy-ins or fees to be returned to remaining players.

Please Note:

*For all the above tournaments, players who have been eliminated from the tournament prior to its interruption will not be eligible for any refund.

* Littlewoods Poker reserves the right to ensure that all players receive a fair share of the prize fund by reviewing players’ accounts and modifying any payments or refunds as necessary.
